Asphalt & Bitumen Services 2026-2029

The District Council of Streaky Bay, the District Council of Elliston, and Wudinna District Council invite tenders for the provision of Asphalt and Bitumen Services for the period February 2026 to February 2029, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years at the discretion of the Councils.

The Councils are local government authorities located on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, collectively servicing a diverse mix of coastal, rural and regional communities. The region is supported by extensive road networks that play a critical role in servicing local residents, primary industries, tourism, freight movements and broader regional infrastructure.

Through this Request for Tender, the Councils seek to establish a contractual arrangement, which may include one or more appointed Contractors, for the provision of asphalt and bitumen services to support ongoing road maintenance, renewal and capital works programs across the region.
