Hard Waste Collection Services

Council invites tenders from suitably experienced hard waste collection service providers to deliver collection and related services throughout Council’s municipal district. The Services are described in the Specification.

Council will contract with the successful tenderer, with a contract commencement date of 1 July 2026 and a service commencement date of 5 October 2026.

The initial contract term will expire on 31 December 2033 with the option to extend for a further term up to a maximum total of 7.5 years from the end of the initial contract term, at Council’s sole discretion.

An optional online briefing session will be held at 11am (AEDT) on 29 January 2026. Tenderers must register via etendering portal by 12pm (AEDT) 28 January 2026.
