ABOUT THE TENDER

Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money for the contract for the site remediation and playground renewal works at Bold Park.

• Venue: Bold Park - 109 Bold Street, Cabramatta NSW 2166

Respondents are required to register their attendance - via electronic tendering portal.

TENDERERS TO NOTE

In the preparation and submission of the Tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a response which includes all requirements including the Tenderers Declaration and any other declaration required completely filled in together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the Submission complete. The Tenderer shall not submit a response without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
