Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for 255 Forest Road, Forbes, being part of Lot 88 DP 750183. EOI options are open for:
- Lease of a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom farmhouse on tank water with a double car garage, carport and shed on approx. 2ha (approx. 4.94 acres).
- Lease/agistment of approx. 37.5 hectares (approx. 92.66 acres).
