Natural Values Assessment and Preliminary Tree Assessment - Lewis Park and South East Regional Park

Council invites suitable consultants to provide a quotation for services to undertake a Natural Values Assessment and Preliminary Tree Assessment of two sites:

1. Lewis Park - Preliminary Tree Assessment Only

21 Surf Rd, Seven Mile Beach (1.1ha)

2. South-East Regional Park - NVA and Preliminary Tree Assessment.

This site is made up of 4 connected sites these include.

• 45 Goodwins Road CLARENDON VALE TAS 7019 (10.20 Ha)
• 45A Goodwins Road ROKEBY TAS 7019 (1.89 Ha)
• 17 Goodwins Road CLARENDON VALE TAS 7019 (9.0 Ha)
• 10 Reynolds Road ROKEBY TAS 7019 (1.23 Ha)

The total area of these sites covers 22.33 Ha and known as the Site
