Tender Description
Construction of an entry 80m2 driveway and lighting to the entrance of Lightwood Park and the a 192m2 reinforced slab in the under-croft area of the Kingston Sports centre.
As both projects are located at the Kingborough sports centre, 10 Kingston View Drive Kingston the two packages of work have been packaged together. Contractors can provide quotes for one or both packages of work. Note the packages of work should be priced as individual projects as the works may be awarded to different contractors.
The successful Tender for each package of works will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.
