COUNCIL’S REQUIREMENTS
Clarence City Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified Respondents to supply and install a prefabricated toilet block at Sandford Community Hall 949 South Arm Rd, Sandford Tasmania 7021. This consultancy includes building, plumbing and electrical aspects.
Full details are provided in Schedule 1 of the specimen copy of the Contract appearing in Part 4 of this Invitation. Respondents are to contact Council’s nominated contact officer named on the cover page if additional information is required to complete the Quotation Response.
PRE QUOTATION SITE MEETING
For clarification of the Services, a pre-Quotation site meeting is scheduled for 2pm Tuesday 3 February 2026. This meeting will convene on site at Sandford Hall, Sandford. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory; however, this will be the only opportunity to physically explore the site with the Nominated Council Project Manager in attendance.
