Expressions of Interest - Construction of new School General Learning Area Building

From suitably qualified Builders with experience in education and working with the Block Grant Authority, for the construction of new School General Learning Area building consisting of one GLA + one FLA, amenities and associated spaces with new car parking facility and external road infrastructure located at central Brisbane.

The proposed facility consists of:

- New single level GLA building consisting of 1 x GLA + 1 x FLA and associated break out space and amenities.

- Construction of a carparking facility including external infrastructure upgrades.

- Construction of new Outdoor Area and associated civil works

- Concrete pathways, covered links and associated landscaping works

- External infrastructure upgrade works

- Landscaping works, including fencing and gate upgrades

Tenders will be invited in mid-February 2026 for construction commencing in late April 2026.

Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects, compliance (OH&S and Quality) and ability to meet construction deadlines.
