Expressions of Interest - Construction of new School General Learning Area Building

⁠⁠⁠From suitably qualified Builders with experience in education and working with the Block Grant Authority, for the construction of new School General Learning Area building consisting of one GLA + one FLA, amenities and associated spaces with new car parking facility and external road infrastructure located at central Brisbane.

The proposed facility consists of:

- New single level GLA building consisting of 1 x GLA + 1 x FLA and associated break out space and amenities.

- Construction of a carparking facility including external infrastructure upgrades.

- Construction of new Outdoor Area and associated civil works

- Concrete pathways, covered links and associated landscaping works

- External infrastructure upgrade works

- Landscaping works, including fencing and gate upgrades

Tenders will be invited in mid-February 2026 for construction commencing in late April 2026.

Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects, compliance (OH&S and Quality) and ability to meet construction deadlines.
