Ararat Tennis Club Lighting and Accessibility Project - Civil Works

The Ararat Rural City Council is tendering for the construction of a carpark for the Ararat Tennis Club. The location of the work is at 10 Lowe St, Ararat.

The project includes the construction of pavement, sealing, kerb & channel, footpath, drainage works, line marking, bollard installation and all other associated work, in accordance with the tender schedules, drawings and specifications.

The Contractor shall be responsible for all labour, materials, plant hire, freight, fees and other sundry expenses required to complete the works.

The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, service authority approvals, etc. prior to work commencing.

Council hereby invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a carpark at 1o Lowe Street, Ararat.
