Block A:

• A3- New kitchenette & replacement of vinyl flooring surrounding it.
• A4- New kitchenette & replacement of vinyl flooring surrounding it. Replacing carpet tiles throughout and adding entrance matting. Replacement of Wall Coverings.
• A5- New kitchenette & replacement of vinyl flooring surrounding it. Replacing carpet tiles throughout and adding entrance matting. Replacement of Wall Coverings.
• A6- New kitchenette & replacement of vinyl flooring surrounding it. Replacing a section of vinyl with carpet tiles. Replacement of Wall Coverings.
• ESOL- New gib ceiling, trim & light fitting.

Block F:

• C6 & C7- New kitchenette & replacement of vinyl flooring surrounding it. Replace carpet tiles throughout and add entrance matting.

Block H:

• C8 & C9- Replace carpet tiles throughout and add entrance matting.
