Power Upgrades - Three (3) DOE Nominated Sites

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake power upgrade at the following three (3) premises:

• Falls Road Primary School
• Gibbs Street Primary School
• Clifton Hills Primary School

The Work includes but is not limited to undertaking a site power supply upgrade including the installation of a new site main switchboard with Western Power coordination.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at each site within, Perth on 29 Jan, 2026 10:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at each premise. Times and locations provided below:

Gibbs Street Primary School – 79-93 Gibbs St, East Cannington WA 6107 – 10:00 AM

Clifton Hills Primary School – 1 Butler Pass, Kelmscott WA 6111 – 11:00 AM

Falls Road Primary School – 50 Falls Road, Lesmurdie WA 6076 – 12:00 PM
