AI Benefits Management Plan Consultancy

DHA’s is seeking a quote for a vendor that can supply consultancy services to develop an enterprise AI Benefits Management Plan, which align to DHA’s current AI Program objectives and deliverables.

DHA’s Business Solutions and Technology Group launched an AI Program of work in November 2024, to address both the DHA’s Board interest in AI and support strategic drivers in DHA’s Statement of Corporate Intent 2024-25.

In October 2024 the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) provided a director update which raised several strategic topics that are trending in Board rooms across the country. One of the topics was Digital transformation, AI Technology risks. In addition, DHA’s Statement of Corporate Intent 2024-25 strategic driver four is regarding DHA keeping pace with technological change and outlines that an opportunity exists for DHA to utilise emerging technologies such as AI to anticipate customer needs and deliver enhanced digital experiences.

The intent of the AI Program is to apply the ACID’s eight elements of effective, safe and responsible AI governance. The program is laying the foundations for AI readiness, compliance and benefits realisation across nine streams of work. One of the program deliverables is to create an AI Benefits Management Plan.
