Invitation to Tender - Civil Construction Works at Eggersdorf Rd, Ormeau

You are invited to tender for Trunk Sewerage and Associated Construction works at a site located at Eggersdorf Road, Ormeau in accordance with the Tender Documents (based on AS2124).

Complying Tenders must satisfy the following:

• The Tender will be Lump Sum and the tender amount must be valid for a minimum period 90 days; and
• The Tender must include a detailed program of works.

The works include:

• Clearing and Site Establishment
• Environmental Management Works
• Earthworks
• Sediment and Erosion Control
• Approx 500m DN160PE Sewer and associated structures
• Live connection works
• Post-works site stabilisation and rehabilitation
