Tender Description
Universal Aftercare will need to deliver, culturally appropriate, psychosocial support services to individuals 15 years and over, following a suicide attempt or experiencing a suicidal crisis, in partnership with the Hospital and Health service. The Universal Aftercare service will need to ensure that individuals are placed at the centre of their own health and wellbeing, and experience improved care and mental health.
