Provision of Personnel Services for Two Rocks Marina Boat Lifting

Two Rocks Marina is 63 km north of Perth. The facility is used by the professional industry for rock lobster and recreational boating enthusiasts.

Two Rocks Marina contains 125 boat pens, a service wharf, a two-lane boat ramp, boat maintenance and lifting facility, vessel fuel facility, ablutions and car park.

The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) currently uses a 1995 Cummins 6B boat lift with operating load of 40 tonne at the Two Rocks Marina boat lifting yard.

DTMI is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to provide services for the day-to-day Boat Lifting Operation of the Two Rocks Marina as further detailed below.

DTMI’s preference is the Contractor provides two (2) Boat Lifter Operators, however; if not feasible, the Contractor may propose an alternative arrangement comprising of one (1) Boat Lifter Operator and one (1) Spotter to manage the day-to-day boat lifting operation at the Two Rocks Marina as a minimum requirement.
