Tender Description

Club Scotts is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and motivated hospitality operators to take on the Catering Contract at our vibrant community club.

Located in beautiful Scotts Head on the Mid-North Coast of NSW—just 45 minutes from Coffs Harbour and 15 minutes from Macksville—Club Scotts is a growing bowling and recreation club with a strong local and visitor customer base.
While the town itself has a population of around 900 residents, the club proudly supports a membership of over 1,500 and enjoys year-round foot traffic thanks to our prime position next to Reflections Holiday Park, boasting an impressive 89% occupancy rate.


About the Opportunity
The catering contract presents an exciting chance to operate in a thriving regional venue with consistent trade from locals, tourists, bowlers, and holidaymakers. The club is open seven days a week, and the current contractor successfully trades:

• Dinner: 7 nights

• Lunch: 6 days

• Peak holiday period: Lunch & dinner, 7 days a week

• Standard trading hours: 12:00pm–2:00pm and 5:30pm–8:30pm

• Seating: Bistro area 114, all other parts of the club 140. TOTAL 254

We are inviting EOIs from operators who can continue delivering quality, reliable food service while bringing fresh ideas, excellent customer service, and a commitment to working collaboratively with the Club.


What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in catering, bistro, restaurant, or club dining

• Ability to service both standard and peak-season demand

• A passion for quality food, consistency, and strong customer engagement

• A professional approach to managing staffing, compliance, and kitchen operations

• Willingness to work closely with Club Scotts management and board
