Muswellbrook Shire Council intends to upgrade the existing Softfall surfacing at Simpson Park and Highbrook Park. The required works to be carried out under this contract principally include the removal and disposal of the existing Softfall surfacing, and the supply and installation of new TPV rubber Softfall.
