Supply of 40mm Aggregates - West Nowra Recycling and Waste Facility, Mundamia

Shoalhaven City Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out of supply of 40mm aggregate in accordance with the specification provided in the Construction and Quality Assurance document (Appendices D – Page 42) for the Landfill Cell Liner and Leachate Collection System Construction – Cell 3H – West Nowra Recycling and Waste Facility in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

Council operates a solid waste landfill at Flatrock Road Mundamia under Environment Protection Licence No.5877. As part of the ongoing operations, Council has been approved to expand the landfill cell to incorporate what is referred to as cell 3H, where the procured aggregate will be used.

PROJECT SCOPE

The project scope will involve supply of aggregate in accordance with the specification provided in the construction and quality assurance document (Appendices D) to Landfill cell site at 120 Flatrock Rd, Mundamia.

Tenderers must submit Tenders in the manner required by this RFT.

Council has adopted a Statement of Business Ethics which applies to this RFT process. A copy of the Statement can be downloaded at Council’s website www.shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au.

This RFT will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993, the Local Government (General) Regulations 2021 and the Office of Local Government NSW Guidelines.
