Audio Visual (AV) Upgrades for Sfera's Convention Centre and Civic Centre - Council Chambers and connected rooms

This tender is issued for the upgrade of AV equipment at two venues:

• Part A - Sferas Convention Centre – 191 Reservoir Road, Modbury SA 5092, and
• Part B - Civic Centre – Council Chambers and connected rooms – 571 Montague Road, Modbury SA 5092

Tenderers may submit proposals for both Parts A and B, or alternatively tenderers may submit proposals for one part only. Tenderers are required to specify the sites being tendered for. The tender may be awarded to more than one Contractor.

 Site briefings have been scheduled for this RFT:

- Sfera’s Convention Centre (address above), on Thursday, 29 January 2026 at 3.00 pm (Adelaide Time) - 30 minutes. Meet in Sfera’s Reception area.

- Civic Centre (address above), on Thursday, 29 January 2026 at 3.30 pm (Adelaide Time) - 30 minutes. Meet in the Civic Centre Reception area.

Note - upon completion of the Sferas site visit, attendees will proceed on foot to the Civic Centre, which is located immediately next door, for the next site visit.
