Port Macquarie Linies Lunchroom and Amenities Upgrade

The project involves the refurbishment of the freestanding building known as the Linies Lunchroom, located within the Essential Energy Depot at 115 Hindman Street, Port Macquarie.

This facility currently provides lunchroom amenities and bathroom facilities for field workers and other staff who access the depot on an ad hoc basis.

After decades of continuous use, the building and its amenities have deteriorated and no longer meet the functional requirements or standards expected for the workforce demographic. The proposed works aim to upgrade the facility to deliver modern, fit-for-purpose amenities that comply with the current National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards.
