Medium Density Traffic Study

Hornsby Shire Council (Council) is preparing a Medium Density Housing Strategy (Strategy) to implement the actions and priorities of the Hornsby Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS) and the Hornsby Local Housing Strategy (LHS). It is anticipated that the Strategy will inform Council's priorities for the location and form of medium density housing in the Hornsby Local Government Area (LGA) and other controls related to medium density residential development.

Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced traffic and transport consultants are sought to prepare a Medium Density Housing Traffic Study (Traffic Study) to inform the Strategy and provide an analysis of existing and potential changes to traffic conditions to support the Strategy.
