Tender Description
1. OVERVIEW
The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is intending to release a Request for Tender (RFT) by June 2026 and is seeking Expressions of Interest concerning the Hospitality and Public Catering Services for future Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix events (Event), to be held at Albert Park, Melbourne (Site) which covers the 2028 to 2032 Events; 5 year term.
The following document provides additional information regarding the contract requirements.
2. EVENT
The Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix is a world class motorsport event held annually at Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit in Melbourne. The event attracts more than 400,000 attendees across four days, featuring global sporting and entertainment offerings. The Event is held over a four-day period, usually from Thursday to Sunday, and is typically held in March/April each year.
3. SCOPE OF WORKS
The contracted supplier(s) will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Hospitality and Public Catering Services across nominated areas.
The supplier can nominate themselves for one, two or all three of the scopes of work; Hospitality, Public Catering and Public Bars.
