Queenstown Lakes Libraries Email Marketing System

⁠⁠⁠Queenstown Lakes Libraries have been successfully using a library-sector specific email marketing and automation tool since 2021 to improve customer experience, increase engagement with members and non-members, and streamline existing services.

It is important that the system we source is library-sector specific, meaning that it can sync with our Library Management System, which holds the contact details of our members and is the ‘single source of truth’ for this information.

The contract for our current email marketing system is coming to an end on 31 April 2026, so we require a replacement to be fully operational from 1 May 2026.
