Marketing and Sales Agent for 123 and 161 New Winton Road, Westdale

Council invites Interested Parties to submit a quotation to advertise and sell two Council owned properties:

• 123 New Winton Road, Westdale – Lot 5 in Deposited Plan 710048; and
• 161 New Winton Road, Westdale – Lot 6 in Deposited Plan 710048.

Both properties are zoned RU4 – Primary Production Small Lots. Both are approximately 40 hectares in size.

The properties are situated on New Winton Road, adjacent to the Tamworth Regional Airport and Hunter Land industrial development.

Submissions must be in writing following instructions in the Request for Quotation Q070-2026 document (PDF 3.1MB). 

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and anyone who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
