Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to conduct scheduled turf renovation services on the Principal’s sporting reserves.

The turf renovation works shall include;

  • Verti-Mowing
  • Scarifying
  • Low Mowing
  • Green Waste Removal
  • Coring (Hollow And Solid Tyne)
  • Topdressing (Sand, Compost, Blend)
  • Fraise Mowing
  • Surface Planing
  • Over Seeding

The Tender consists of two distinct zones. Tenderers may submit for either one zone or both zones:

Zone A – West: Zone A will consist of all renovation works within the Western division of suburbs.

Zone B – East: Zone B will consist of all renovation works within the Eastern division of suburbs.

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, transportation/ cartage, administrative costs, travelling expenses etc. and anything else necessary for the completion of the works/services.

The proposed Contract shall be in place for a period of three (3) years from the date of award; with Principal instigated options to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.; the Contract is expected to commence in April 2026.
