Vendor to provide an IT solution that can identify potential talent from internal talent pools and talent communities that have the required skills for a role

The Specifications for Service include:

In scope:

(i) Provision of a technical solution that will enable DCS to proactively source candidates who have applied to work at DCS, are working at DCS, or have worked at DCS; and

(ii) Stringent data security protocols and data to be stored within Australia; and

(iii) Functionality to integrate with DCS applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems to enable DCS to utilise technology to proactively search candidates in the DCS candidate ecosystem. This applies to candidates who have applied to work at DCS, are working at DCS, or have worked at DCS. to enable DCS to maximise internally mobility, talent pool usage and to assist in filling roles where proactive candidate sourcing is more effective than traditional advertising; and

(iv) Functionality to build talent communities for team members impacted by mobility to enable matching impacted employees to potential roles based on skills; and

(v) Functionality to send invitations to talent pooled and mobility candidates about opportunities, to ascertain interest. This functionality will include details about the opportunity, a link to the role description and a prompt to apply; and

(vi) Functionality to automate communication with candidates in the talent community to update on opportunities available and enhance DCS connection with the talent community; and

(vii) Functionality to assist in shortlisting of candidates against the requirements of the role to reduce administrative burden and increase recruitment timeframes; and

(viii) Reporting functionality to ensure DCS can obtain data on recruitment funnel – engagement to hire, Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) metrics and insights including, predictive analytics for hiring trends; and

(ix) Provision of a dedicated account manager for DCS and technical support based in Australia.
