Cooling for Schools Electrical Upgrades - Three (3) DOE Nominated Sites

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake electrical upgrades at the three (3) following sites:

• Orelia Primary School
• Beaconsfield Primary School
• Spearwood Primary School

The Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of some existing switchboards, new pits, conduits and cabling as per consultant documentation. School holiday works.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at each site within, Perth on 6 Feb, 2026 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at each site. Times and locations provided below:

Orelia Primary School – 11 Bolton Way, Orelia WA 6167– 10:00 AM

Beaconsfield Primary School – 5 Hale Street, Beaconsfield WA 6162 – 11:15 AM

Spearwood Primary School – 73 Gerald St, Spearwood WA 6163 – 12:45 PM
