The University is seeking to appoint Fire Systems inspection, testing, and maintenance supplier with the capability to service and repair all the following asset classes in Student Accommodation:
• Booster pumps
• Fire – Heat detectors
• Fire alarms
• Fire blankets
• Fire extinguishers
• Fire hose reels
• Fire sprinklers
• Fire system isolation valves
• Hydrants
• Manual call points
• Smoke Detectors
• Sounders
• Sprinkle system valve sets
