Sale of Properties for Unpaid Rates

Tasman Council invites submissions from qualified and experienced auction houses to conduct the sale of two (2) properties located within the Tasman Municipality. These properties are being sold in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993 (Tas) due to unpaid rates.

Scope of Services

• Conduct public auctions for the two properties.
