Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is currently delivering a FinTech project, with complex requirements and a large change footprint.
Change Manager support services are required to partner with business stakeholders to support change initiatives across the organisation, implementing an enterprise approach to managing the people side of change. Other requirements include conducting change analysis and assessments for programs and projects informing change management plans and communications, as well as identifying integration points, linkages and dependencies across different initiatives, and feeding intel into the enterprise view of change.
