Tender Description

Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service require construction services for the Level 5 Retrieval Room Upgrade at Queensland Children’s Hospital, South Brisbane.

Refurbishment and reconfiguration of existing spaces on Level 5, including:

• Creation of a quiet room from part of the Multi-Faith Space

• Extension and refurbishment of the Store Retrievals room

• Relocation of kitchen joinery and “Billi” tap

• Architectural fit-out, joinery, finishes

• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic services modifications

• Technology integration and compliance testing

• Delivery in a live hospital environment with hoarding, infection control, and safe access maintained

Expected timing:

Tender closes: 13 February 2026, 2:00 PM

Mandatory site visit: 28 January 2026, 10:00 AM

Preferred completion: 30 June 2026
