Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese Expression of Interest (EOI) - New Building Works Catholic Early Learning Centre St John XXIII Catholic College, Stanhope Gardens

EOI's are sought for the construction and delivery of purpose-designed Early Learning Centre buildings and play spaces at Stanhope Gardens.

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) are seeking EOI Submissions from Head Contractor's with suitable experience in new build Early Learning Centre projects with Construction Costs above $5m.

CSPD are looking to shortlist a tender panel panel of six (6) to participate in a competitive 4 week tender process, commencing February 20, 2026. For further information, Tender Procedures and Returnable Schedules, please refer to the SharePoint link below:
