⁠⁠⁠EMHS is seeking to engage a consultant to provide Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design services for the Q Block (Emergency Department) upgrades and maintenance works at Royal Perth Hospital (RPH)

Briefing 

A briefing session will be held at Royal Perth Hospital, Kirkman House, 10 Murray Street, Perth on 21 Jan, 2026 9:30 AM.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Time: 9:30 AM Western Australia
• Location: Royal Perth Hospital

The site briefing is expected to run for approximately 1 hour.

Respondents will be shown the relevant plant areas within Q Block and associated areas for this equipment.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
