QWRAP RFQ - Asset Management Assessment and Infrastructure Upgrade Program - Phase 1

The local governments of Townsville, Palm Island, Hinchinbrook, Charters Towers, and Burdekin have formed a strategic alliance with the assistance of Qld Water under their Queensland Water Regional Alliance Program (QWRAP). As the group is in the north Queensland region, the group is called NQ QWRAP.

NQ QWRAP requests a suitably experience and qualified project manager or technical consultant to provide asset management assessments. This project is intended to mature the 5 NQ QWRAP Councils' asset management information and systems to a stage where water and wastewater network assets can be easily prioritised and allocated to design and construction packages in a rolling and ongoing program. The asset management systems from all 5 Councils can be reviewed, aligned and matured to ensure inter-council consistency with appropriate industry standards.
