Are you a skilled facilitator or organisation with a passion for helping small businesses thrive? The City of Parramatta is seeking experienced providers to deliver engaging, inclusive, and practical workshops as part of our Small Business Program.

This is your opportunity to contribute to the growth and resilience of our local business community.

About the Program

The Small Business Program supports Parramatta’s diverse business owners by offering free or low-cost workshops focused on building capability, confidence, and connections. We’re looking for providers who can deliver high-quality sessions that are:

• Accessible and inclusive
• Locally relevant
• Practical and outcome-focused
• Demonstrates value for our community

Who Should Apply?

We welcome Expressions of Interest from:

• Registered businesses or organisations with an ABN
• Providers with proven experience in small business training
• Facilitators with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Organisations with capacity to deliver workshops within agreed timeframes.

How to Apply

To be considered, applicants must meet all compliance requirements and submit a complete EOI by 5pm AEDT, 13 February 2026.

Required documents:

• Completed EOI form
• Marketing plan (minimum of two outreach channels)
• Facilitator CVs
• Budget and pricing breakdown
• Insurance certificate (minimum $10M public liability)

Selection Process

Eligible applications will be assessed against the following criteria:

• Local presence
• Accessibility and inclusivity
• Program impact and application
• Competitive pricing
