Tender Description
This project involves removing the existing Trane chiller from the Lismore Southern Cross University Campus and installing two new modular chillers to serve T Block. The scope includes all associated electrical works, demolition, controls integration and builders works needed to deliver a fully operational system.
The works will be delivered as a Design and Construct package, following the provided design documentation. The new plant will cool T Block and include provisions for future conversion to the buildings heating hot water system.
Contractors must maintain cooling to T Block throughout the works and plan the chiller changeover for cooler weather during normal working hours. All works must be approved by SCU and delivered within the nominated timeframes.
The contractor is to provide all labour, materials and commissioning, and work closely with SCU and the engineer to optimise system performance. Allow for site witnessing and performance testing as part of project completion.
