Mackay Regional Council (the Principal) invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors for the construction of a new Sewer Gravity Main (SGM) along Reed Street, Rural View, Mackay, and the decommissioning of the existing SGM, as part of the broader Reed Street Infrastructure Project.

The Works under this Contract include, but are not limited to:

  • Construction of approximately 434 metres of DN 225 mm uPVC SN8 Sewer Gravity Main;
  • Construction of four (4) DN 1200 mm Maintenance Holes and nine (9) DN 1050 mm Maintenance Holes, complete with Class B covers;
  • Decommissioning of approximately 530 metres of existing DN 225/300 mm PVC Sewer Gravity Main, including removal and safe disconnection of seven (7) existing maintenance holes;
