Consultancy for admin and presentation of the Occupational Violence Working Group Recommendation

Consultancy Support – Occupational Violence Working Group Report: Recommendation Allocation, Staff Facing Products, and Governance Documentation.

Douglas Shire Council has completed an internal Occupational Violence Working Group (OVWG) Report that consolidates findings from staff engagement, incident data, WHS obligations, and organisational culture insights.

The report contains multiple recommendations requiring prioritisation, assignment of responsibilities, development of staff-facing communication products, and establishment of a governance mechanism to oversee ongoing implementation and tracking.

To support timely and high-quality delivery, Council seeks a suitably qualified consultancy with expertise in communications, graphic design, and project scoping. An understanding of occupational violence prevention, organisational culture, WHS governance, and communication design would be beneficial.
