ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR:

ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT):
The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for contract CON00684 Lyons Rd 315WM Watermain from Railway to Banool Street, Sawtell. This contract will be made under the Citys MW21 agreement a copy of which is supplied in the RFT document package.
SITE INSPECTION:
The City does not intend holding a site inspection as part of the tendering process, however, one can possibly be arranged by contacting the City representative below at the Enquiries section.
REGISTRATION:
Tender documents may be downloaded after a one time registration by the tenderer. Registration is free of charge.
SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of the document.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
The deadline for submission of tenders is 10.00am Eastern Daylight Standard Time on Wednesday 4 February 2026. Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off at exactly 10.00am.
The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. City staff except for the named contact above are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the RFT. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of any City official or Councillor will disqualify that proponents submission from the evaluation process.
