This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Assurance Lead will provide assurance expertise and advice on the program’s governance, project delivery and external assurance requirements that will support the overall success of the Program. They will assist the team with preparing program assurance plans in alignment with the DTA assurance plan.
They will also review and provide guidance on program artefacts, to enable the CapSTAR Program Management Office to support Project Managers with the delivery of their projects. The Assurance lead will support the team with preparations for upcoming program Gateway reviews and any other health check reviews for the Program.
They will support the implementation of any recommendations which come from these review processes and provide strategic advice to Senior Executives on the Programs delivery and assists with recommendations to improve the Programs governance.
