Repairs and Maintenance to various NT Government assets in the Greater Darwin Region for a period of 36 Months.
Works "as and when Required" include but not limited to repairs and maintenance of:
- Soil and waste drainage,
- hot and cold-water reticulation,
- taps and valves,
- appliances,
- fittings and fixtures to buildings/dwellings,
- backflow prevention devices,
- thermostatic mixing valves,
- emergency eyewash & showers.
