Tender Description

Dear Subcontractor,

Lake Maintenance would like to request a quote for an upcoming project. Please refer to the details below and the document(s) to ensure your quote is sufficient and covers the required works and the tech specs as per the housing requirement.

Please note that your submission must include the below in order to be considered for the QR4 when they are tendering for this project:

  • Completed Subcontractor Evaluation Questionnaire
  • Quote clearly showing price, ex. GST
  • Quote is valid for 30 days
  • Quote includes lead time (in weeks) to mobilise & time (in weeks) to complete all works as per SoW (please ensure you include your holiday closing period since Xmas is around the corner)
  • Price breakdown (using supplied template – MDT RFQ price breakdown)
  • Safety Management Plan
  • Public Liability Insurance (minimum AUD 20mil)
  • Workers Compensation Insurance (minimum AUD 20mil)

*Progress payment terms MUST be recommended by the Head Contractor at the time of submitting quotes to the Principal. These terms are negotiable; however, they must be agreed upon with the Principal prior to any works being awarded.

Please note that all subcontractors, their employees, and contractors MUST complete onboarding inductions prior to commencing work on site and kindly remember: Subcontractors are to follow the appropriate protocols when entering/leaving remote communities.

Important:

The requirements set by the Department of Housing and Works must be followed and reflected in your quote (refer to all documents). Any submission deemed incomplete will be rejected. Likewise, works will only be deemed completed and paid after all scope requirement/s are submitted (i.e. before and after photos, waterproofing photos, reports, etc.)
