Tender Description
Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Design and Construction contractors for the design and construction of the new extension and internal refurbishment of the existing Oakdale Community Hall Building located at 10 Egan Road, Oakdale NSW 2570.
This contract will include the final design, demolition works including existing toilet block and associated concrete pathways, refurbishment of the existing internal areas and the construction of the new extension to provide the following facilities:
- Community Space
- Kitchen
- Storage Rooms x 2
- Accessible Toilet x 2
- Male & Female Toilets (Amenities)
- Plant Room
- Cleaners Room
- Separable Portion A (Design and Construction of new car park for 11 including 2 Accessible spaces)
- Separable Portion B (Demolition of existing Tennis Building and Re-connection of existing electricity power)
The total area of the proposed new and existing building is approx. 301.29 m2 including the proposed deck and ramp.
The resulting contract will be a Lump Sum Contract.
A tender briefing will be held at the Oakdale Community Hall on Wednesday 21st January 2026 at 10.30am. The tender briefing is not mandatory.
