Hakea Prison - Critical Spares Storage Shed

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake new critical security spare equipment storage shed at Hakea Prison.

The Work includes but is not limited to the supply, construction, commissioning and associated site works required for a new storage shed on-site.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 1170 Nicholson Road, Canning Vale on 20 January 2026 1:30 PM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Hakea Prison. The location of the briefing will be 1170 Nicholson Road, Canning Vale WA 6155.
