Darwin - Moulden Primary School - Access Ramp and Stair Upgrades

Undertake the construction of new accessible ramps, landing, and stairs at Moulden Park Primary School, located at LOT 4194 (103 Bonson Terrace, Moulden).

The works involve the demolition of existing access ramps and stairs, supply and installation of new AS1428.1 compliant concrete and steel ramp structures, including handrails, balustrades, tactile indicators, landings and associated landscaping and surface treatments. Upgrades are required at both the Administration Building and Building 16, providing improved accessibility between car parking areas, verandas and entry points.

Performance and Timeframes:

The successful contractor will be expected to commence on-site works in the June/July school holidays 2026 (20/06/2026-14/07/2026).
