Expression of Interest - Building Contractors - Alterations to St Joseph’s Primary School, South Grafton

Expressions of Interest are being sought from suitably experienced head building contractors to be considered for inclusion on the tender panel for a new project at St Joseph’s Primary School, South Grafton.

The project involves the refurbishment of Blocks B and C. It is anticipated that tenders will be called late February 2026.

Submissions must include a capability statement, previous school experience, a list of referees, including architects and school-based contracts.

Expressions of Interest close Friday, 6 February 2026.
