Jervis Bay Maritime Museum Site Masterplan Project

The Jervis Bay Maritime Museum [JBMM] is inviting selected consultants to provide an itemised fixed Lump Sum Quotation for the works identified in the Jervis Bay Maritime Museum, Stage 1 Site Masterplan Design Brief. The Site Masterplan will guide and support the long-term future development of the site and the Museum's operations.

Taking a visitor-oriented approach to its investigations and recommendations, the completed project will ensure that community expectations are met, the Museum can effectively care for, conserve and share our collection and provide safe access for diverse audiences.

Tenderers are required to provide a detailed Return Brief to clarify the consultants' understanding of the project and propose a detailed approach to the Masterplan.
