Panel for Event Management Services

Tourism WA’s Event Division is seeking a panel arrangement of suitably qualified and experienced event management service providers to provide planning, coordination, management and delivery of ancillary events and activations that support multiple major sports, arts and cultural events sponsored by Tourism WA each year on an ‘as required’ basis.

Building on the vibrancy and momentum generated by major events, the event management company will be responsible for the end to end delivery of peripheral activity for selected events that are supported by Tourism WA each year. The peripheral activity may take place around key sporting and cultural venues and precincts within Perth and other regions of Western Australia as required.

Tourism WA will issue specific event briefs to obtain detailed proposals from the event management company panel as opportunities for major events are developed. The services required at each ancillary event will vary and the scope of these services will depend on the nature of the event, the location, duration, available budget and the time of year.
