RAC Arena – Basement Car Park Wet Crack Repairs

Legends Global T/A RAC Arena is seeking tenders from contractors to seal approximately 560 m of wet cracks. The works will primarily involve crack repairs and are expected to be carried out outside of normal operating hours to minimise disruption to ongoing operations at RAC Arena. The works require wet crack injection using FOSROC PU130 hydrophobic polyurethane foam resin, or an approved equivalent proposed by the tenderer. Hydrophilic sealants are not recommended.

The project will be delivered under an AS 4000-2025 Contract, using a Schedule of Rates payment approach.
