Data Maturity Assessment & Roadmap

The Clean Energy Regulator is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to provide the following services, as fully described in the requirement document attached:

• Data Maturity Assessment: Assess our current data maturity across key domains (governance, architecture, data quality, stewardship, interoperability/APIs, analytics, operating model, delivery lifecycle, skills, risk/assurance). Reference our previous assessment (done 3 years ago) and provide a comparison showing our progress and growth.
• Recommendations: Using the assessment and the strategic direction already defined by the agency (across all branches), provide targeted recommendations for what is needed to further improve our data landscape. Recommendations should be both branch-specific and enterprise-wide and must consider our AI strategy and IT strategy.
• Data Strategy Roadmap: Develop a sequenced, actionable roadmap for the next phase of our data strategy, informed by your assessment and recommendations. The roadmap should include key initiatives, dependencies, indicative timelines, and resource needs, and be suitable for executive-level decision making.
